Call it cross promotion. WWE superstars are in a weird place when it comes to celebrity status. It’s true that they’re on television every week, but at the same time, they are only known for being wrestlers. It puts them in a very firm bubble and only a handful of them ever escape to go on to something bigger. One WWE star did get to take a step out for a little while though.

WWE has done a rather nice job of bringing in more international talent. They have wrestlers from all over the world now and some of them have some fairly prominent roles on television. Several of them have been champions at some point and now one former champion got the chance to do something with a fairly well known celebrity. It did not quite go well though.

This is tame for him. Check out what happened when WWE tries to cook:

WWE has posted a video from TikTok showing Peyton Royce cooking something as celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay watches from a different location. It is not clear what Royce was cooking, but it involved bread, butter and sprinkles. Ramsay disapproves of what she is doing and says that if she keeps doing this, he will take the bread and put it over her ears. It is not clear if this was filmed for a bigger project.

Opinion: This is one of those things that comes out of nowhere but was a nice little quick watch. Ramsay was a little rough but he certainly didn’t go over the top with anything. If nothing else, it was nice to see a wrestler do something difference, which is not something that they get to do very often. Royce has a ton of personality and it would be great to see her getting to do something with a little more status.

What did you think of the interaction? What is next for Royce? Let us know in the comments below.
