Welcome back. Back in April, WWE released several dozen wrestlers from their contracts with the company. That is not the kind of change that you see very often and it is something that shakes up the wrestling world all at once. Suddenly all kinds of wrestlers were on the free agent market and several of them have been picked up. That is not the case with everyone, but now another has been signed up.

Ring of Honor has been around for a rather long time now and even thought he company has had its ups and downs, it certainly has a history to fall back on. That includes a variety of wrestlers and others who have appeared on their shows, some of whom have been bigger stars than others. Now, one of the companies bigger stars has returned to the company for another run.

I remember her. Check out the return announcement:

In a new video posted to its Facebook page, Ring of Honor has announced that Maria Kanellis-Bennett has returned to the company after a five year absence. Kanellis-Bennett will be leading a new Facebook group called the Experience, which will allow fans to come together online. There is no word on if she will be returning to television as well. Her husband Mike Bennett returned to Ring of Honor television in November.

Opinion: I don’t think it’s any surprise that Kanellis-Bennett is back as there is little reason to have Bennett around without her. She was at her peak in Ring of Honor during her first run with the company so hopefully she can do the same thing again now. I’m not sure how much value there is in having her run a Facebook group, but she can do more than one thing for the company at a time.

What do you want to see Kanellis-Bennett do? Will she be back on television? Let us know in the comments below.
