(VIDEO): Not His Style. AJ Styles Is Not Happy With Fans Chanting CM Punk.

That seems a bit out of character. Despite being gone from WWE for over five years now, CM Punk still manages to play a role in the company. Whenever the fans aren’t pleased with whatever they are being presented with, the chants of CM PUNK break out, often times to the annoyance of the wrestlers. It’s hard to blame them for being upset, and one wrestler made his displeasure known.

This week on Monday Night Raw, AJ Styles faced Seth Rollins in a champion vs. champion main event. During the match, a CM PUNK chant broke out while Rollins was on the mat. Styles responded with a crotch chop to the fans in a moment that may not have been shown on the broadcast. In the video of the moment, the fans seem to appreciate being acknowledged.

Opinion: Can you blame him? The fans constantly complain that they’re not getting the best wrestlers and matches on television so they’re given Styles vs. Rollins and still aren’t happy? There is nothing that is going to make them happy at this point and it must be frustrating for the wrestlers to be in such a no win situation. If the fans aren’t going to cheer no matter what, it’s hard to complain about what Styles did here.
