(WATCH): He Gets This A Lot. Samoa Joe On Vince McMahon Not Thinking He Is Main Event Material.

The question must get old. Certain wrestlers get asked the same things over and over again. At some point, they get to the point where they are probably tired of hearing them and you can’t really blame them for that. One such problem for WWE wrestlers would probably be their status with Vince McMahon, and a certain wrestler was recently asked about it again.

Samoa Joe was recently interviewed by the Gorilla Position, during which he was asked about claims that Vince McMahon does not see him as a main eventer. In a mostly out of character response, Samoa Joe said that he and McMahon have an amicable relationship but do not speak very often. He shows up and does his thing and doesn’t understand why fans say such things.

Opinion: I would assume that this is the kind of thing that you just have to brush off as a wrestler. How many times over the years has someone like Samoa Joe been told that he’ll never do this or that and then just done it? He has held the World Title everywhere he has gone so far and was the United States Champion at Summerslam. A WWE Title reign is hardly out of the question and it wouldn’t shock me to see it happen at some point.
