(VIDEO): That Would Be Different. Former WWE World Champion Might Be Changing Wrestling Careers.

Well that would be different. There are some wrestlers who stick around the company for life, despite their in-ring careers being over. Some people are just wired that way and there is nothing wrong with that. Maybe they have nowhere else to go or maybe they are just that suited for the wrestling business. While not confirmed, one current WWE name may be trying something new in the wrestling business.

In a new video posted to his Twitter account, Sheamus shows off both a new, shorter haircut but also while wearing a WWE referee shirt. Sheamus is currently out of action due to a spinal injury with no timetable for a potential return to the ring. There is no indication that Sheamus is going to become a referee as the video could be a joke or have nothing to do with the shirt.

Opinion: I mean, why not? It would be a little more intimidating than the usual referee but it’s cool to see Sheamus stick around, especially if he could get healthy enough to wrestle again one day. That being said, Sheamus is 40 years old and someone who is not going to likely be in the ring much longer. If this is what he wants to do though, good for him and it would certainly offer something different.
