Start counting. We are just under seven months removed from WrestleMania 36, which is guaranteed to go down as one of if not the most unique WrestleManias of all time. Not only was the event held over two nights, but it was also held in front of no fans due to the Coronavirus pandemic. There is almost no way that WWE is going to allow that to happen again and now we know what we might be seeing.

WrestleMania 37 was originally scheduled to take place at SoFi Stadium near Los Angeles, California. However, things have changed a bit and while not officially made the announcement, there is a strong chance that the show could be moved to Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida, the original sight of WrestleMania 36. This has yet to be confirmed, but should it take place, we might know something new about the potential attendance.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter is reporting that the upcoming Super Bowl LV, which is being held in Raymond James Stadium, will be allowed to have 20% attendance, or about 13,000-15,000 people. It is not clear if this decision is from the NFL or the stadium itself. This comes after the NFL had announced that they were hoping for a full stadium at the event, but the number of Coronavirus cases has increased since the announcement. WWE has yet to announce a move to Tampa or any seating plans for the show.

What could have been. Check out what a WrestleMania crowd can see:

Opinion: I’m not sure what WWE is going to try to pull but for the life of me I can’t imagine seeing a full crowd. If nothing else, I’m not entirely sure they would be able to sell that many tickets in the current situation. 15,000 people is nothing to sneeze at though and it could do quite well all things considered. Hopefully WWE doesn’t raise the ticket prices through the roof to make up the difference though.

What do you think of the idea? Would you go to WrestleMania in person next year? Let us know in the comments below.
