That certainly sounds good for Riott. Over the last few years, the WWE women’s divisions have gone through the roof. They have gone from one of the biggest jokes in all of wrestling to headlining several pay per views, including WrestleMania 35. What once seemed impossible is now reality and that might not be changing for a very long time. However, that doesn’t mean they don’t need some adjustments.
Every now and then in wrestling, a wrestler just gets hurt. There is nothing that can be done about it and they have to miss some time. Some of these instances are more severe than others and some of them are built up over time rather than one big incident. Either way, you might be out of the ring and that is going to cause some problems. Most wrestlers get to come back though and now we might know when to expect one of them.
According to PWInsider.com, Ruby Riott was working out at the WWE Performance Center on Monday. This comes after Riott had double shoulder surgery in 2019, with her most recent match taking place on May 17, 2019 in Cardiff, Wales. At the moment, she is not expected to return to the ring until later this year and is not likely to be in the Royal Rumble. Her workout was confirmed on Twitter by Rachel Evers.

Riott has quite the backstory. Check out the always awesome Formerly Known As:
Opinion: That’s some very good news as not only is Riott rather talented but she also can offer a breath of fresh air to either women’s division. Let her be added into either of them and see what she can add, because Riott certainly has the talent to make it work. I know her return is down the line but at least she is taking a huge step forward and that is a very good sign.
What do you expect when Riott is back? Will she ever be Women’s Champion? Let us know in the comments below.
