They’re not done yet. There is a lot that goes into a WWE SmackDown taping. Between all of the glitz and glamour, you do have some wrestling to go with the big video screen and loud music. Believe it or not there is some wrestling going on, including the entire television show, plus 205 Live. There are also some matches before and after the show and this time around, the post show match was a big one.

Every now and then you see a feud that goes on for a very long time, with the fans losing all of their interest. If there was not a ton of interest in the feud in the first place, it can be made even worse. It makes almost every match feel even longer as the feud just will not end. WWE is in the middle of a few of those at the moment and the fans in attendance sat through another entry in a long running feud.

According to Wrestlinginc.com, Roman Reigns defeated King Corbin in the dark match after this week’s SmackDown and 205 Live tapings ended. Reigns and Corbin have been feuding since October and will be facing off at Super ShowDown in a cage match. Corbin appeared on this week’s SmackDown in a backstage promo while Reigns did not appear on the show whatsoever.

Reigns and Corbin have been fighting for a long time. Check out a selection:

Opinion: I’m not sure if next week’s cage match is going to be the big finale to the feud but I’m also not sure who would want to see the feud continue. They have done this for so long now and had a variety of matches, most of which have not been all that thrilling. Why would I want to see them do this again when I have seen it so many times now? I’m sure WWE knows, and I don’t think I want to understand that logic.
