Yay, in every sense of the word. Earlier this year, WWE seemed to strike gold with a series of videos called Southpaw Regional Wrestling. Basically a parody of old school studio wrestling, the videos were a huge hit and the fans wanted to see more. As it turns out, that’s exactly what they’re going to get.
New episodes of the series will be released this coming Friday on WWE’s YouTube channel. WWE has released a new trailer for the episodes, which features Seth Rollins, Rhyno, AJ Styles, Daniel Bryan, Xavier Woods, Big E. and Natalya in unspecified roles. John Cena will return as lead commentator. Here’s the full trailer:

Opinion: Well my day is made. These are some of the funniest things WWE has produced in a long time because they’re not afraid to make fun of themselves. Wrestling is one of the easiest things in the world to parody and who would know how to do it better than the wrestlers themselves? You can imagine how valuable someone like Jerry Lawler would be on something like this and I’d hope he was consulted or just writing the whole thing himself.
