Ask his friends. One of the biggest “will he or won’t he” (though he probably won’t) questions is will CM Punk return to WWE. Punk retired from wrestling a few years back to take up a career in mixed martial arts. That didn’t start off so well but Punk seems content to continue his career. However, the rumors of him returning to WWE will never go away and a top WWE star is being asked about it.

Raw: CM Punk makes his shocking return to WWE

Samoa Joe recently spoke to the “Sun” newspaper about the possibility of Punk returning to WWE. While Samoa Joe he can’t rule out a return, he says anything that happens would ultimately be on Punk’s terms. Samoa Joe didn’t go into huge details about the idea but here are his comments:

“You never know with Punk. He is definitely somebody who does things his own way and I think the biggest thing is that you can never count out what his next move will be. I think no one would have predicted his move to UFC, nobody would have predicted a lot of things he does, so whatever he chooses to do, he will do what feels best in the moment.”

Opinion: I can’t imagine Punk ever returning to WWE and I really don’t see why he would do so. Apparently he saved most of his money and if he’s set for life, why go back on your word for what seems like a huge payday? WWE would love to have him back of course but I really can’t picture it happening.
