That’s not exactly what I expected. As you’ve likely heard, the wrestler formerly known as Ryback has been having some issues since leaving WWE. Since leaving, Ryback has tried to trademark his wrestling name as well as the nickname the Big Guy. According to PWInsider, that’s what he’s doing at the moment, but WWE is again blocking it. The odd part though is they’re attempting to block his trademark for using the name on a line of dietary and nutritional supplements instead of his wrestling career. WWE has until February 15, 2017 to make their next move.

Payback Kalisto Ryback

Ryback left WWE back in the spring due to a variety of issues with creative as well as his status in the company. After his last match in the company on the “Payback 2016” Kickoff Show, Ryback left the company and wasn’t seen on WWE TV again. Ryback has since begun appearing on the independent circuit.

As ridiculous as WWE might seem at this point, Ryback hardly left in good graces. Ever since he’s left, Ryback has done nothing but badmouth the company and made them seem to be one of the worst organizations that has ever existed. If Ryback is going to try to make their lives miserable, then WWE isn’t really out of line by trying to do the same. The problem is WWE has a lot more resources to win that battle.

Is WWE really out of line here? What do you think of Ryback’s actions since leaving WWE? Let us know in the comments below.
