She’s welcome. There have been a lot of wrestlers throughout WWE’s history and a lot of them did not do anything particularly special during their careers. Only a few select names are listed among the all time greats and it means something to see one of them come back, even for a brief cameo. That is going to be the case again this weekend at a pair of international shows.
WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus has announced that she will be appearing at two upcoming WWE live events. Stratus will be at Saturday Night’s Main Event on August 20 in Kingston, Ontario, Canada and at Sunday Stunner on August 21 in London, Ontario, Canada. There is no word on what Stratus will be doing at the event, though she did mention that she will “maintain control”. Stratus has occasionally appeared for WWE at live events and last wrestled at Summerslam 2019.
Guess who’s coming to the @WWE Live Events this weekend!! Come see @FightOwensFight, @DomMysterio35 and @AlexaBliss_WWE and yours truly. Welp someone has to come and maintain control… https://t.co/6tBtYxhpgv@BudGardens @LeonsCentre

Opinion: This is one of the great things about having someone like Stratus around, as she is a living legend in women’s wrestling and having her make an appearance still feels special. She can fire up the crowd and maybe do a little something with one of the other women on the roster to give them a bit of a rub. That is more than a lot of the modern women can offer and if it helps out, good for her.
What do you think Stratus will do at the shows? Where do you rank her career all time? Let us know in the comments below.
