Madusa’s Mae Young Classic Role Revealed

Let her in or she’ll kick you in the head. The Mae Young Classic is coming up in the very near future and the details are starting to come together. We know about half of the participants at this point and that means we need some more of the specifics to come out, one of which we learned today.

Earlier this month, it was announced that Madusa would be contributing to the tournament in a way that was yet to be determined. Now, we know what that role will be. As announced on the “Ross Report” podcast, Jim Ross announced that Madusa will be doing commentary for the tournament, joining Ross and fellow Hall of Famers Lita, who was announced earlier this year.

Opinion: Madusa is about as perfect of a choice as you could have for this as the fans still remember her, but she also adds a different perspective. You already have Lita for the Attitude Era name and Madusa can add another generation’s voice, which makes things that much better instead of just repeating the same thing again.
