We’re getting there. The roster of the Mae Young Classic is starting to fill in and the full list of names will be revealed by the end of the week. For now though, WWE had filled in roughly half of the bracket and two more of those empty spots have been filled in today, as announced on WWE.com.

Alundra Blayze on how the Mae Young Classic will change women's wrestling

According to the announcement, both Kay Lee Ray and Ayesha Raymond have joined the field. Ray is a high flier from Scotland and has wrestled all over the UK, with some of her best success coming in Insane Championship Wrestling. Raymond is from England and wrestles a power style, aided by her six foot tall frame.

Opinion: This is the kind of thing I love about these tournaments. I haven’t heard of either of these two women but they’re going to get a chance to perform on the worldwide WWE Network. It’s something they may never get to do again and I’m sure the two of them, plus everyone else in the tournament, will make the most of their opportunities.

Are you familiar with these two? Who else would you like to see make the tournament? Let us know in the comments below.
