The Gateway to the Money? As 2016 comes to a close, we’re starting to see some of the 2017 pay per view calendar filled in. One of those shows is Money in the Bank, which will be taking place on June 18, 2017. While the date was already announced, we now know the location of the show.

According to WrestleZone.com, at tonight’s live event in St. Louis, it was announced that Money in the Bank 2017 will be taking place at the Scottrade Center in St. Louis, Missouri. This same building has held a pay per view event every year since 2012 with the most recent being Battleground 2015. There is no word yet on if it will be a Monday Night Raw or SmackDown Live event.

There’s always something interesting about seeing where these shows will be taking place. As much as I’d love to see one of them come closer to where I live, St. Louis is one of those towns that is almost always good for a strong crowd reaction. Money in the Bank isn’t something that’s hard to sell either as the big ladder matches are almost always fun in one way or another.
