There isn’t much time left. On Wednesday night, AEW’s weekly television series, Dynamite, will make its debut on TNT. This may be the biggest story of the week in one of the biggest weeks in wrestling history. There are a lot of things already announced for the show but that does not mean that the show is entirely set. One detail for the show has been taken care of though and two more names have been added.

During a special Countdown To Dynamite special on Tuesday night, Santana and Ortiz, formerly known as LAX in Impact Wrestling, were announced as Chris Jericho’s mystery partners for this week’s Dynamite. The trio will team up to face Kenny Omega and the Young Bucks in a six man tag. The match was announced several weeks ago but this is the first time that Santana and Ortiz have been announced as the challengers.

Jericho has been smug since the day he was born. Check out his comments before Dynamite:

Opinion: Santana and Ortiz were names that had been batted around for a long time for these spots and they certainly make sense. They are a very nice choice for the mystery partners as they will be ready to put on a great performance, as well as giving them a platform that they did not have in Impact Wrestling. I’m not sure how the match is going to go but it certainly should be entertaining.

Do you like the choice for the partners? How will the match go? Let us know in the comments below.
