They do have a plan. With the Wednesday Night Wars heating up, things are changing in a hurry between NXT and AEW. Dynamite is giving NXT a run for its money and even defeating them in viewership and the ratings more often than not. WWE has a lot of resources available to them and that opens a lot of doors. However, one set of doors is going to be staying in the same place.

One of the many differences between NXT and Dynamite is the location. While Dynamite goes from city to city every single week, NXT has stuck around Full Sail University near Orlando, Florida for several years now. The venue is always an energetic atmosphere with some very rowdy fans. That makes things a lot more interesting at times, and those times may be continuing.

According to Wrestling Observer Radio, NXT is currently planning to stay at Full Sail University at least through March. There had been talk of the show leaving the venue in January but the show’s ratings and audience have done well enough that the venue is no longer seen as a problem. This could change should the numbers go down, but at the moment, NXT will be sticking around.

There have been some big deals there. Check out some of the better ones:

Opinion: I can go for something like this as Full Sail is the kind of place where you are guaranteed a hot crowd. What matters most here though is the in-ring product and NXT produces some of the best around these days. AEW can do its thing in the bigger arenas, but at the same time it isn’t going to matter where they are if the product itself doesn’t back it up. That has been the case so far, but how long can that last?
