It’s just not for me. There have been a lot of wrestlers throughout WWE’s history. The company has been around for a long time and that means a lot of people have come in and out of the doors over the years. Some of them have left in a graceful way and others haven’t left under the best of circumstances. The latter is often the more memorable and WWE is looking into just that.
See you later?
In honor of Kevin Owens quitting WWE earlier this week on Monday Night Raw, WWE has put together a new Top Ten video looking at the Biggest Quitters in WWE history. The majority of these are storyline based but several were used as ways for people to actually leave the company. There is a wide range to the list, with the oldest entry dating back over twenty years.
Opinion: Those two words are some of the most interesting you’re going to see in wrestling as they’re almost guaranteed to mean a big change of pace. I’m curious to see where this Owens story goes and that’s exactly what WWE was shooting for when they put the angle together. I know he’s not actually gone, but it makes for a good story either way. This is always going to work and WWE knew it.
Which of these was your favorite? Whose quitting was the most memorable? Let us know in the comments below.
