The final piece of the puzzle. With the upcoming Greatest Royal Rumble, WWE is offering us one of the most stacked cards in the company’s history. Not only are we getting a casket match with Undertaker vs. Rusev, a big time match between Triple H and John Cena plus the show’s namesake match, we’re also getting SEVEN title matches. Six of these were set coming into the week but now we know who will be challenging in the final title match.

Here’s how it was wrapped up.

Kalisto vs. Drew Gulak - Gauntlet Match: WWE 205 Live, April 24, 2018

This week on 205 Live, Kalisto won a five man gauntlet match to earn a shot at the Cruiserweight Title at Friday’s Greatest Royal Rumble against champion Cedric Alexander. Kalisto won the match last eliminating Drew Gulak after Mustafa Ali, TJP and Tony Nese had been eliminated. Alexander won the title on the WrestleMania 34 Kickoff Show by defeating Ali. He was originally scheduled to defend against Buddy Murphy but Murphy wasn’t able to make the 205lb weight limit.

Opinion: I like this better than throwing out a big match like Alexander vs. Gulak or Alexander vs. Ali II. Alexander isn’t the best long term champion for the division but for now, he’s going to be just fine. Kalisto is a big name in the division and a win over him will matter, but it’s not exactly a secret that this isn’t the biggest match in the world for the cruiserweights. At least the match should be fun though.

Who do you think wins the match? If Kalisto doesn’t take the title from Alexander, who will? Let us know in the comments below.
