This afternoon, WWE CEO Vince McMahon tweeted his concern over potential injuries this Sunday at WWE Extreme Rules.
Because of the risk of injury, I will be crossing my fingers until #ExtremeRules is over on Sunday

With the recent concussion Dolph Ziggler suffered, achilles injury to John Cena, abdominal injury to The Rock (that apparently kept him off Extreme Rules), it seems Vince is a little concerned about his roster thinning out.
