Former ECW and WWE star Justin Credible, real name Peter Joseph Polaco, was recently arrested in Waterbury, Connecticut. He was charged with third degree forgery and sixth degree larceny. Credible, who was actually charged with the two crimes back in August of 2012, was arrested on the matters on May 3rd. He has court date scheduled for June 21st.

As we previous reported, Polaco has been training and trying to make a comeback in the world of professional wrestling. He posted a video to his YouTube page telling fans that he believes he still has the goods to come back and be useful to WWE or TNA. This may ultimately slow his return down, but if he is serious about a full-time return, we may see Justin Credible back in the ring sometime in the near future.
