On Tuesday, March 4, WWE taped the March 7 edition of “WWE Smackdown” in Detroit, Mich.

Below are the spoilers for the March 7 edition of “WWE Smackdown”:

*Batista emerged to open the program. As he began to give a heel promo, specifically towards the fans, Daniel Bryan comes out to a fantastic pop. The crowd was hot for Batista and Bryan all night. Bryan’s confrontation with Batista includes some humorous jabs, including some sly remarks about Batista’s skinny jeans. Kane then arrives on the scene and attacks Bryan. As both Batista and Kane continue to beat Bryan down in the ring, Big Show comes out to a nice pop and levels the playing field. Vickie Guerrero excuses herself into the arena and then makes Big Show and Daniel Bryan vs. Kane and Batista for the main event. The tease of Batista joining forces with the Authority continues.

1. Christian def. Dolph Ziggler. Alberto Del Rio was on commentary (teasing a Del Rio vs. Ziggler match possibly for WrestleMania XXX. Kick-off?). The crowd was apparently dead for this match. Del Rio gets involved and Christian takes advantage, picking up the victory on Ziggler.

2. Natalya / Eva Marie def. *WWE Divas Champion* AJ Lee / Tamina Snuka. Eva Marie is reportedly terrible in this match. Natalya picks up the win over Lee with the Sharpshooter.

3. *WWE Tag Team Champions* The Usos def. RybAxel. Again, another match the fans were dead silent for. RybAxel jobbed quickly to the Usos in this match.

*The Shield’s music hits and the crowd goes crazy. Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose come through the arena without Seth Rollins. Dean Ambrose grabs a mic and cuts a promo on Rollins, questioning his commitment to the group. Rollins comes out via the entrance ramp and explains his actions on “Monday Night Raw.” Rollins said he did what he did for the benefit of The Shield. Ambrose has enough and slaps Rollins. After being slapped, Rollins punches Ambrose, then offers him a free shot. Ambrose complies, and then the group stand strong in the ring as if the brothers have settled their differences. That said, it looks like a Triple Threat Match between all three members of The Shield is eminent for WrestleMania XXX.

4. Sheamus def. Alberto Del Rio. Sheamus comes out to a decent pop and gets the easy victory.

*The Wyatt Family is backstage. Bray Wyatt cuts a promo on John Cena, furthering the build towards Wyatt vs. Cena at WrestleMania XXX.

5. *Intercontinental Champion* Big E def. Jack Swagger.

6. Daniel Bryan / Big Show def. Batista / Kane.
