On the March 3 edition of “Monday Night Raw,” Divas Champion AJ Lee and “The Phenom” The Undertaker, who will face Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania XXX, did not appear on the program. PWInsider has recently published a report, noting whether or not the two were backstage for the show.

PWInsider is reporting that The Undertaker was not backstage for “Monday Night Raw,” as he was at home instead. WWE had been advertising Taker for the event going into the weekend, likely meaning there were last-minute plans to not feature “The Deadman.” Additionally, there was a script for the show, which had a stare down between Taker and Brock Lesnar planned, reports PWInsider.

The website is also reporting that Divas Champion AJ Lee was indeed backstage for “Monday Night Raw” in Chicago Ill., the hometown of her boyfriend CM Punk, who did not appear on the program. AJ also did not appear on the program, but there is no official word on why WWE chose to not feature her.

However, it is very likely that the Divas Champion was not featured because it was in Punk’s hometown. While WWE likely didn’t want fans to start chanting CM Punk during a segment with her, WWE may very well have wanted to stick it to Punk, if he was even watching.
