AJ Lee and CM Punk Comment on Six Months of Marriage to Each Other

In recent posts on Twitter, AJ Lee and CM Punk comment on six months of marriage to each other. As previously reported, the former WWE Champion wed the current WWE Divas Champion on June 13 in a private ceremony.

Punk began the romantic and humorous banter on his official Twitter account, which he recently began using again just before Oct. 31. He said,

 

Been married to an angel for six months now. Since neither has maimed the other, lots of our friends owe us money. Pay up suckers!

Lee then responded to her husband’s tweet with a little sexual innuendo, saying,  

 

@CMPunk And to think 2 years ago you were bro’ing me on tv…also define “maimed”.

Punk seemingly stopped using Social Media when a picture of he and Lee leaked online from their wedding night. He then resurfaced on Twitter on Halloween, retweeting images of fans dressed as he and/or Lee, as well as commenting on the current NHL season.

The self-proclaimed “Best in the World” also retweeted the link to his wife AJ Lee’s new official website, AJ-Brooks.com. As previously reported, Lee is using her married name for the website, which is being edited and monitored by one of her good friends. The bio on the new site reads as follows,

“Welcome to the first and only official site for AJ Brooks, aka WWE’s AJ Lee, aka Miss April, aka that tiny chick who wears the same Target tank top and ripped jeans everyday (if you’re a barista at my local Starbucks). Whichever name you may know me by- welcome!

I wanted to create this site as a way to interact with all of the amazing girls and guys who have supported me thus far. Here you’ll find television updates, exclusive photo shoots, and contests. So have fun, explore, and don’t touch my action figures. Wait… that last one was for houseguests, not virtual guests. Carry on.”

Good to see these two are happy. In a world where he’s strived to keep his marriage private…he seems to reference his wife on Twitter…a lot.
