Talking To John Cena About Nikki Bella Is Off The Table

So…what are you doing for Christmas? John Cena was recently in New York City, in which he was promoting his new movie, Bumblebee. He answered questions about all sorts of topics; however, there was one that was off the table.

According to a new report from Page Six, the media was not allowed to ask Cena about his relationship with Nikki Bella. The pair split up in April of 2018.

Cena was last seen in WWE at the Australian Super Show-Down in October of this year. You can see a clip of that below:

It had been previously reported that Cena will be making his return to WWE in 2019, where he will be appearing on both Raw and Smackdown Live.

He was asked about his Christmas plans, and said the following:

“For Christmas, I want to spend some time with the folks that I love, and then after that I’m coming back the day after Christmas to do a WWE event.”

I’m not surprised about this. This has to be a difficult topic for him, and he has spent the better part of his year talking about and answering questions regarding Nikki Bella. Let’s just let the man get back to doing what he does best!
