Take this for what you will, but it would seem that the Women’s Division on “Raw” may be a bit less dangerous for a brief period of time.

According to a report from Pro Wrestling Sheet, Nia Jax has been granted an leave of absence from WWE for personal reasons. It is unknown at this point how long she will be gone, or what the reason is for her wanting to take some time off.

The rumor begin when the following tweet was sent out by Pro Wrestling Votes, indicating that Jax walked out on “Raw” much like Neville did a week before:

Mickie James vs. Nia Jax: Raw, Oct. 2, 2017

Jax has most recently been involved in a program with “Raw” Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss, as well as several other competitors in the division. While Jax and Bliss are being seen as “friends,” all of the female superstars have been looking to get an opportunity to face “Little Miss Bliss” for the championship.

We will continue to monitor this story and provide more details as they become available to us.

Editor’s Note:

I hope that everything is OK. I’ve been a big Nia Jax fan for a long time and think that she adds a lot to the “Raw” women’s division. While there are enough competitors to keep the division going, especially with the addition of Asuka at “TLC,” there will definitely be something missing until Jax makes her return!
