I think we can give him a pass on this one.

According to a report from Wrestling Inc., earlier this week, WWE took a tour of South Africa, and made a stop in Cape Town. During a live event there, Roman Reigns and Samoa Joe competed in the main event, with The Big Dog coming out on top.

However, Reigns ended up being busted open as a result of the match and was unable to greet fans after the show. A fan captured a video of him addressing the crowd after the match, which you can see below:

Roman Reigns says "Thank you" to Cape Town

Reigns and Joe are currently scheduled to face each other upcoming at Backlash. In addition, The Big Dog will challenge Brock Lesnar for the Universal Championship, inside of a steel cage, at the upcoming Greatest Royal Rumble event in Saudi Arabia.

Editor’s Opinion:

This is unfortunate, as I know that despite the chorus of boos that he receives in most places, Reigns loves interacting with the fans. Props to him for taking the time to address the crowd and let them know how much he appreciates them, even after being hurt!
