It had previously been reported here at WrestlingRumors.net that former TNA Knockout Sarita (real name: Sarah Stock) was possibly making her way to World Wrestling Entertainment to join the NXT brand.

Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio has now confirmed that Stock will be heading to developmental, but not as an active competitor. Instead, she will be working as a coach at the Performance Center.

At 36 years old, it’s doubtful that WWE officials want to build her up as a Diva anyway.

Stock had worked as a guest trainer earlier in the year at the Performance Center, teaching NXT Divas the lucha libre style.

During her run with TNA Wrestling, Stock had two reigns as one-half of the Knockouts Tag Team Champions (one with Taylor Wilde, and one with Rosita).

She recently announced that she was departing Mexico’s CMLL promotion, with her last date for the company coming in mid-September.

Editor’s Note

What a get for NXT. Even though she won’t be built as the next great Diva, Stock’s knowledge of professional wrestling will only benefit those she trains. Stock and Sara Del Rey will be quite the dynamic duo. The future of the business (and the Divas division) is in good hands, people.
