Dolph Ziggler vs. Rusev Confirmed for “Monday Night Raw”

A huge “SummerSlam” rematch is in store for fans attending “Monday Night Raw” in Tampa on Aug. 31.

WWE.com has confirmed that Dolph Ziggler will go one-on-one with Rusev, a little over one week after the two went to a No Contest at the pay-per-view.

Per WWE.com:

After their anticipated SummerSlam clash ended in a double count-out, Dolph Ziggler and Rusev will take their deeply personal rivalry to Raw for a one-on-one rematch, WWE.com can confirm.

During The Biggest Party of the Summer, The Showoff’s battle with The Bulgarian Brute devolved into absolute chaos once brawling beauties Lana and Summer Rae got involved in the melee. Will Ziggler, with The Ravishing Russian in his corner, earn a decisive victory over the imposing Rusev as Lana’s devious doppelgänger looks on?

Don’t miss this incredible SummerSlam rematch when Ziggler faces Rusev on Raw, tomorrow night at 8/7 C on USA Network. 

Also confirmed for the show are an opening segment featuring “The Vigilante” Sting, as well as the first-ever Divas “Beat-The-Clock” Challenge to crown a new No. 1 contender for the Divas Championship.

Editor’s Note

At least we don’t need to wait until “Night of Champions” to see Rusev and Ziggler square off again. It also leaves the door open for a Mixed Tag Team bout featuring Summer Rae and Lana on Sept. 20 in Houston.
