A notable name not featured on the “NXT Takeover: Brooklyn” card this past Saturday was Solomon Crowe, who wasn’t even booked to work during the bouts taped prior to the special event for NXT programming.

WWE has reportedly been looking to make adjustments to his gimmick to help get him more over. While not confirmed to be a permanent change, a recent showing at an NXT Live Event in Ft. Pierce on Saturday could be a sign of what’s to come for the former independent star.

Zahra Schreiber, the girlfriend of current WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins, appeared in Crowe’s corner during the event as his younger sister (kayfabe).

Schreiber made headlines earlier in the year after nude photos of her were released to the public in a hacking of Rollins’ phone. It was believed that the two had been engaging in a secret relationship while Rollins was engaged to be married to his now ex-fiancee Leighla Schultz.

Rollins and Schreiber were seen sitting ringside together at “NXT Takeover: Brooklyn” at the Barclays Center.

There were once plans to pair Schreiber with Baron Corbin, although they were eventually scrapped.

She’s currently under a great deal of scrutiny on social media after photos she had on her Instagram account from several years ago were found to have swastika symbols.

Editor’s Note

I understand the pairing of her and Crowe, but…..I don’t know. She’s a lightning rod for controversy lately, and the more negative news that gets leaked, the more her name will continue to be perceived as poison in the wrestling world.
