The expansion of “NXT” continues.

On Saturday, WWE COO Triple H sent out the following message via his official Twitter account, teasing that “NXT” would be coming soon to Nashville, Tennessee:

Initial rumors are that “NXT” will be making its way to Nashville in November. Nashville, which is the home of TNA Headquarters, will also be visited by ROH shows around the same time. Whether WWE is making these plans to counteract the ROH tour is unknown, but with all of the touring “NXT” is doing recently, it might just be a coincidence.

Since WWE has already announced its next WWE Network exclusive special, Oct. 3 from Madison Square Garden, this Nashville visit might not include a “NXT Takeover” event.

This announcement comes on the heels of WWE finalizing plans for their “NXT” UK Tour. As announced during the “NXT Takeover: Brooklyn” pre-show last Saturday, WWE will be making a seven city tour of the United Kingdom from Dec. 10-16:

Dec. 10: Metro Radio Arena in Newcastle

Dec. 11: SSE Hydro in Glasgow

Dec. 12: Sheffield Arena in Sheffield

Dec. 13: Empress Ballroom in Blackpool

Dec. 14: Capital FM Arena in Nottingham

Dec. 15: MotorPoint Arena in Cardfiff

Dec. 16: SSE Arena in London

In addition, WWE will be airing a live event exclusively on the WWE Network on Dec. 16:

Editor’s Note:

What Triple H has done with “NXT” is truly remarkable. His goal to make “NXT” more than just a developmental system, and turn it into a global brand, seems to be coming to fruition. I can’t wait to see what happens next!
