PWInsider is reporting that WWE was planning to use only one title belt to represent the company’s WWE World Heavyweight Champion. The report would state that during the weekend of the TLC pay-per-view, it was expected that whoever won the main event, either John Cena or Randy Orton, would dawn only the WWE Championship belt on “Monday Night Raw.” However, at the post-TLC edition of the program, Orton held both belts.

The website also reported that the decision to have WWE World Heavyweight Champion Randy Orton rep both titles on “Monday Night Raw” was a last minute decision. Although, the original plan to drop the World Heavyweight Championship belt is still in-tact and may occur in the near future.
