Earlier this week, it was reported that both Jeff and Matt Hardy have ended their relationship with TNA/Impact Wrestling, and almost immediately following the report, talk of them possibly heading back to WWE began.

Matt Hardy has been teasing a bunch of stuff on his Twitter account, but we still don’t know where he or his brother will end up. But, according to Cageside Seats, the expectation right now is that the Hardys will sign with WWE.

If Jeff and Matt end up signing with WWE, it doesn’t look like they’ll return to television until after WrestleMania, unless the company can put together a match for them on relatively short notice.

The big question is, will WWE allow the Hardys to use their popular broken gimmick if they sign? If they do, we know that they won’t give Matt full creative control over his character like he had during his time in TNA.
