It looks like we’ll be seeing royalty back in WWE very soon.

Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter was recently asked about Finn Balor and his status with the company. Meltzer replied with the following tweet, indicating that we may be seeing the “Demon King” back any day now:

This isn’t the first that we’ve been hearing about Balor’s return in recent weeks. Meltzer also said that he would be back on the “Monday Night Raw” after “Fastlane,” which would indicate that we could see him on WWE television as early as next week.

Balor has been out with an injury since “SummerSlam” of last year, after defeating Seth Rollins to become the first Universal Champion in the history of WWE.

At a recent NXT taping, the “Demon King” made a return and became physical with Bobby Roode.

The Demon King makes his presence known on Raw: Aug. 15, 2016

Editor’s Note:

I hope that this true. Even if Balor does not wrestle on WWE television until WrestleMania, he needs to at least make his presence known, and start playing mind games with whoever his opponent will be.
