The spot that possibly injured Rollins was a Sunset Flip into a Powerbomb through the table. However, when Rollins flipped over Kane, he lost his footing as if something was drastically wrong with the way he landed on his leg.

As you can see, Rollins would go on to complete the move. Something was very wrong with Rollins because he wouldn’t put any more weight on the leg than necessary to finish the match.

It’s safe to assume that WWE is going to play Rollins’ injury very close to the chest until WWE doctors and officials are absolutely certain to the extent of the WWE Champion’s injury.
No injury comes at a good time, but if it is significant, this puts an immediate hold on Roman Reigns vs. Seth Rollins at “Survivor Series” and puts the future of the WWE Championship in question.
