The former Raw Women’s Champion Sasha Banks has been heavily featured on Raw since the brand split. It’s likely that she would still have become a Women’s Champion even if the brand extension hadn’t happened, but it’s definitely given her that chance.

Over the past few months, she’s made history with Charlotte. Their rivalry has become one of the most important in recent years and will be immortalized in WWE history, but there is only so long that one rivalry can last while other women wait for their chances.

Recently, The Boss made an appearance on the Sam Roberts podcast and Raw’s women’s roster came up. In a nutshell, Sasha isn’t sure there are enough women on Raw because she consistently finds herself wrestling the same women every week.

You can listen to the full podcast right here. Below is what Sasha Banks had to say on the topic:

“I think it’s good that we’re split and more opportunities can happen for women, but we really don’t have enough women. Like, I wrestle the same people every single week, Dana Brooke or Charlotte, Charlotte or Dana Brooke. There are only six of us and I think that’s the hardest part, we just need more faces on Raw.”
