It’s a nasty and mighty big pill to swallow that Tyson Kidd is extremely unlikely to ever wrestle again inside any wrestling ring. That’s a tough thing for a lot of people. Tyson wasn’t exactly a fan favorite, but it’s a pity to see that level of talent just go to waste.

It’s been roughly a year and a half since his neck injury and there hasn’t been much in the way of improvement because even a normal back bump could kill him in the ring, which means that WWE doctors would never medically clear him to compete again.

The last we heard, Tyson Kidd’s WWE contract was renewed many months ago, but it wasn’t for an active competitors contract. Kidd is still expected to be a part of “Total Divas” and other WWE projects, so the company needed him to sign on the dotted line.

As fans, we only know so much about the severity of his injury, especially due to the fact that updates and improvement have been scarce to find over the past year. It wasn’t until Kidd revealed the following on Twitter that people understood a little better.
