Rumor: Paige Leaving WWE For TNA Wrestling When Her Contract Expires

For a minute, it seemed like Paige was leaving WWE a few weeks ago, but those rumors have subsided for the time being. However, it brought the fact that her contract will expire in 2019.

On paper, three years seems like a long way away. However, there are talents that get released before their contract expires. Even if Paige makes it to 2019, is she going to resign with WWE or look at other offers.

Recently, RingSideNews.com reported that TNA Wrestling would be interesting in Paige if she became a free agent. Of course, there would be more than just TNA trying to sign her.

On one hand, that’s an obvious statement. Why wouldn’t they want a two time WWE Divas Champion who is still in her twenties? The thing is that Paige is or was unhappy with her position in the company.

Three years is a long time to work in a place that you don’t like, especially with the grind that it takes to be a professional wrestler at that level, so the next several months are going to be interesting to watch for Paige.
