At “Clash of Champions,” Kevin Owens is defending Raw’s Universal Championship against Seth Rollins. It is very likely that Triple H will be getting involved in the match on Sunday, but to what end?

We all know that HHH vs. Seth Rollins is coming, but that match seems primed for Wrestlemania 33 when you consider it has already been building for over two years of WWE programming.

It’s a huge match for the company because it could easily cement Rollins as the top babyface in WWE. It will do what WWE was trying to do with Roman Reigns at this year’s Wrestlemania.

However, Bleacher Report recently published an article pleading WWE to resist using Triple H this Sunday during the main event of “Clash of Champions” because it will force WWE’s hand to book HHH vs. Rollins.

If The Game returns on Sunday to cost Rollins the WWE Universal Championship for the second time, it’s going to become very difficult for WWE to postpone HHH vs. Rollins beyond “Survivor Series.”

WWE tends to book on a moment by moment basis, so they’ll drop something like Triple H’s return and then scramble to figure out what to do with the angle over the next couple months. This is a situation when WWE needs to book HHH vs. Rollins for “Survivor Series” because waiting six months is a dangerous game.

Do you want to see Seth Rollins vs. Triple H at “Survivor Series?”
