Rumor: Backstage Concern That Vince McMahon Will Sour on Finn Balor Like He Did With Apollo Crews

Finn Balor main roster debut has been imminent for quite some time now. He’s been rumored to be on route to Raw and SmackDown this entire year.

With the WWE Draft and brand split coming up in a week, there is a lot of speculation about a lot of NXT talent making the transition to the main roster, but Finn Balor is the first name on that list.

However, there hasn’t been much discussion about what Finn Balor’s push will be like aside from us knowing that he is going to be pushed through the roof, and a possible association with The Club.

According to a rumor from CageSideSeats.com, there is some concern about how Vince McMahon will react to Finn Balor’s appeal as a performer, which includes his “Demon” persona.

Balor is being labeled a “Triple H guy,” which could hurt him in the long run if Vince sours on him the same way he has with many other NXT talents that have come to the main roster. Apollo Crews being a great example.

Tomorrow night, we’re finally going to get to see Balor vs. Nakamura in NXT, which should blow the roof off of Full Sail University, so that will prove once again why Finn Balor deserves to be a superstar for WWE.
