Since No Way Jose debuted in NXT, he has been a charismatic ball of energy and fun for the NXT Universe. His fun is gimmick is contagious, and he has a ridiculously catchy theme song.

What is interesting is a fun dancing gimmick isn’t anything new in WWE, but NXT officials are working very hard to give him a dynamic of being a strong wrestler in the ring as well. Sometimes, that is lost on “fun characters.”

According to a report from RingSideNews.com, No Way Jose is said to be extremely over with WWE officials and they see a ton of potential in his character.

Apparently, the powers the be seem to think the gimmick working like a charm, but there is some talk about him becoming a major Latino star for the company in the years to come.

The sky appears to be the limit for him if he can stay over on NXT and develop his character over the next several months to years.

Right now, the last thing we saw from him was his role as the victim in Austin Aries heel turn. It’s unconfirmed that we’ll be seeing a feud between Aries & Jose, but you can expect great things from No Way Jose in the future.

Do you think there is superstar potential in No Way Jose?
