Nikki Bella Will Receive Final Update on Her Neck In a Few Weeks, Will Determine Her Return Date

Nikki Bella isn’t the most popular WWE superstar in the company, but she is one of the most successful. She has almost a decade of experience, but her return in WWE over the coming months will be the first time she’s been one-hundred percent on her own as a performer.

Brie Bella has retired. The “Bella” brand is now completely on Nikki’s shoulders, which is a lot to carry after having major neck surgery that will cost her roughly a year of her wrestling career.

The absolute earliest that Nikki Bella could be back in a WWE ring would be in August before “Summerslam,” but that is really pushing it. It’s unlikely she’ll be back on WWE television wrestling until a few months later.

It’s already been reported that she’ll have to change her in-ring style and her finishing move, so whenever she does return, it’ll be a very different Nikki Bella we’ll be seeing.

There are going to be many questions about how she will fit into WWE programming and the Women’s division after spending nearly a year off WWE programming, but it’s going to be very interesting to see her on her own.
