If anyone is wondering about the “In Memory Of” graphic that appeared at the start of tonight’s edition of Monday Night Raw, it’s a small gesture by WWE to celebrate the life and show respect to a long-time employee of the company.
It was reported by DailyWrestlingNews.com and elaborated on by the “Voice of SmackDown” Mauro Ranallo on Twitter what the meaning behind he graphic was at the start of Raw.

“NBC in Cincinnati reports that Stewart fell from a cliff at Raven Run Nature Sanctuary in Lexington around noon on Saturday. It took firefighters an hour to reach her and while recovering her body, officials said they attempted to move her using a boat on a nearby river. The boat capsized with six firefighters and Stewart on board. The firefighters swam to safety and recovered her body from the river around 5:30 pm.
The coroner determined she died of blunt force injuries. Stewart was a student at Transylvania University in Lexington and worked part-time at Crank and Boom Ice Cream. Her boss described her as “one of a kind, with a crazy sense of humor, genius dance moves, a love for Beyonce, and an unmatched love for basically any holiday — especially Christmas.”
