Backstage Update About Eva Marie’s Return to WWE Television

Eva Marie is such a hot topic in WWE no matter what she does, which is the definition of what WWE officials want in a superstar. Despite all the criticism of her in-ring skills or on-screen persona, she’s able to make an impression with anything WWE gives her.

That’s about a lot more than just being attractive. It’s about having an it factor that you honestly can’t teach. She may not be the best wrestler, but she’s a positive influence on the company in a way that few performers are on WWE television.

Unfortunately, she didn’t do herself any favors by violating the WWE Wellness Policy, but she simultaneously got a high profile movie role alongside Nicolas Cage. So, Eva found a way to use her time off WWE television to her advantage.

According to a recent report from CageSideSeats, the filming on her movie has wrapped and her thirty day suspension with WWE has been over for awhile now. Her return to WWE programming is going to happen much sooner rather than later.

The expectation is that Eva Marie will be back on SmackDown within the next month or so. With such a high profile movie coming up, it’s likely she could be headed into a feud with Becky Lynch for the SmackDown Women’s Championship soon.
