On the Road to Wrestlemania 32, there was a lot of speculation about Mark Henry’s status with WWE after that weekend in Dallas.

Many thought that he would be officially retiring after Wrestlemania in Dallas, and since he hasn’t appeared on WWE television since then, there is some speculation if he quietly walked away from the company and into the sunset.

According to a story from Wrestlezone.com, it’s being reported that “The World’s Strongest Man” is still under contract with the company, so he has not retired as of this moment and could be used on WWE programming at any time.

That’s not to say that Henry is being pushed, or WWE is deliberately keeping him off television. There is also a reason why The Big Show and Kane haven’t ben featured on WWE television either.

The reason for their absence is that WWE is right in the middle of a “rebuilding phase” and the company is focusing on developing new talent and creating new stars in 2016, which is why many veterans aren’t getting the usual television time.

With John Cena, Seth Rollins, and others returning over the next few months, it’s possible that these three men will not be required to be on Raw or SmackDown as often going forward.

Do you think there is still a place for Big Show, Mark Henry, or Kane?
