Only a few days ago, Kevin Owens celebrated the one-year anniversary of his debut on the main roster. His confrontation with John Cena on Monday Night Raw, the three-month long feud with him, and two title reigns with the Intercontinental Championship.
At “Extreme Rules”, Kevin Owens will try to reclaim the IC title that he lost at Wrestlemania 32, but he’s going to have to win a Fatal-Four Way match against Cesaro, The Miz, and Sami Zayn to do it. No matter what happens, he’ll reach a rare milestone that has only been achieved by The Undertaker on the current roster.
According to the information of a Reddit User, who has gone through and checked, Kevin Owens will become the second current member of the WWE roster to compete on every PPV main card in his first year on the main roster. The Undertaker was the first to do so during his first year.
In the grand scheme of things that may not seem like a big deal, but it’s a testament to the work that Owens has put in during his first year on the main roster.
It’s also an important thing to note because he’s currently a top heel despite losing a lot of matches, which shows that if WWE begins to book him far more strongly, he could become a dominate force very easily.
