So that’s where we’re going? We are less than six weeks away from WrestleMania 37 and that means it is time to get ready for the biggest weekend of the year. With so little time left, it is time to start setting everything up, but that can be a bit of a problem with Fastlane still being on the schedule. However, sometimes WWE is just going to go flying past that point, and now we are getting just that.

One of the guaranteed aspects of the WrestleMania 37 card is going to be a bunch of title matches. With that much time to fill over two nights, WWE has a lot of space to put title matches on the cards and that is what they are going to do. While there are still several weeks to go before the show, WWE might already be setting up another match on the way there.

During this week’s Monday Night Raw, Charlotte announced that she wanted to face Asuka for the Raw Women’s Title at WrestleMania 37. Asuka was not at the show due to recovering from a lost tooth last week on Monday Night Raw. There is no word on if the match will be taking place at the show. Charlotte defeated Asuka to retain the Raw Women’s Title at WrestleMania 34.

That’s what’s next. Check out the announcement plus their previous showdown:

Charlotte Flair and Asuka fight tooth-and-nail for the SmackDown Women's Title: WrestleMania 34

Opinion: This is the kind of thing that does make sense, though I’m not sure if the match is going to take place as scheduled with Fastlane in between. WWE is going to need something to fill in that gap and I don’t know how that is going to be the case given the way the division is set up at the moment. Maybe someone else, like Rhea Ripley, gets involved, but I’m not sure if I can see that happening.
