They aren’t so thrilled. There are a lot of moving parts to the WWE machine and that is the kind of thing that can cause some issues at the same time. With so many things going on at once, there are always going to be some issues which cause people to stop being so happy. Things are already a mess at the moment in WWE due to the Coronavirus, but they are trying to do something to get back to normal. It doesn’t seem to be working so well though.
The Performance Center is one of the greatest resources that WWE has to offer. The building allows WWE to train people in the way they want while also offering a world class training facility and medical resources. That is the kind of thing that WWE can do some great things with, but that does not mean that everyone involved with the situation is all that happy.
According to Fightful Select, the WWE Performance Center coaches are not happy that the students were paid throughout the Coronavirus pandemic, despite not training during the time. To make matters worse, some of the students opted out of appearing as part of the crowd at WWE television shows. WWE is currently planning on having the students begin training again on August 10, although it will take place in a warehouse rather than the Performance Center.
Can you blame them? Check out how the Performance Center works when it is at full speed:
Opinion: This is one of those situations that is kind of all over the place. I can’t say I blame the coaches for being annoyed if the students are being paid for not doing much of anything. It is kind of a big mess, but at the moment, I’m not sure what the trainers can do at the moment. Aside from finding work in another industry, there is not exactly much else that can be done at the moment, so hopefully things work out in the end.
What do you think of the situation? Who is the Performance Center’s most valuable trainer? Let us know in the comments below.
