Shine them up. While there are a lot of them in WWE today, titles are still what drives a good portion of the stories in wrestling. In theory, winning championships are why wrestlers compete in the first place and that makes them as important as anything else. Some people would do a lot of things to get a title, and now we might know where one such title is heading.

One of the more discussed stories on Monday Night Raw over the last few weeks has been that of Nia Jax bullying Lana. Jax has put Lana through the announcers’ table nine times in a row and Lana has only recently started to fight back. The endgame of the story seems to be Lana getting her revenge, and now she might have some help in doing just that, while possibly picking up some gold along the way.

According to Wrestling Observer Radio, this week’s Monday Night Raw match with Asuka and Lana defeating Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler in a non-title match could set up a Women’s Tag Team Title match at Tables, Ladders And Chairs. After the match was over, Lana saved Asuka from being put through the announcers’ table. No rematch between the teams has been announced.

Call it a preview. Check out what might be setting up a title match:

Opinion: This does make sense and WWE would be out of their mind if they didn’t make this a tables match. That seems to be the logical way to go for Lana vs. Jax, though I’m not sure how much Lana could be trusted to put on a match like this on her own. The tag version makes more sense, though I’m not sure how much I need to see Lana and Asuka winning the titles.
