Welcome home. There are a lot of wrestling promotions in the world other than WWE, even though it has a tendency to get a lot of the attention. That does not mean that there are not very talented wrestlers there doing some very interesting things and that is certainly the case with Ring Of Honor, which has picked up another star who could be quite the asset to them going forward.

Back in April, WWE released several dozen wrestlers at the same time. That is the kind of thing that can shake up the wrestling world in a heartbeat and that is exactly what happened, as a lot of those wrestlers were able to find work elsewhere. Some of these wrestlers went back to promotions where they had worked before, and that is the case with one in particular.

Glad to see you again. Check out a nice return:

Ring Of Honor has posted a clip from their most recent television show, which featured the return of Mike Bennett to the promotion. Bennett, formerly known as Mike Kanellis in WWE, came to the ring and saved his former Kingdom stablemate Matt Taven from a double teaming at the hands of Bateman and Vincent. It is not clear if Bennett’s wife Maria Kanellis will be returning to Ring Of Honor with him.

Opinion: This is something that is best for everyone involved as Bennett’s greatest successes have come while he was in Ring Of Honor so it makes a lot of sense to have him back. I’m not sure what Bennett is going to be able to do elsewhere, but if he can become a star all over again, then so be it. If nothing else just let us have a Kingdom reunion, as it could be interesting to see them back again.

What do you think of the return? Who else should come back to Ring Of Honor? Let us know in the comments below.
